Our Safety Culture

We believe that every accident can be prevented. That is why safety is part of our everyday culture, not just a checklist. From the office to the field, we treat safety as a shared responsibility. We have a safety committee made up of both management and field employees. This team regularly reviews site conditions, addresses employee concerns, and examines any incidents to improve future outcomes.

Safety Training & Orientation

All new employees receive thorough safety training. This includes safe electrical work practices, fall protection, lockout and tagout procedures, use of elevated work platforms, and awareness of environmental hazards such as asbestos and lead. Before each shift, supervisors lead safety reviews that cover potential risks and make sure proper procedures are in place for the tasks ahead.

We also coordinate closely with our clients and their safety teams to ensure that all standards are aligned. As our company grows, we remain focused on building safe, efficient, and dependable worksites.
